We make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible.
However, the actual colours you see will depend on the quality of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will reflect the colour of the
product on delivery.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all prices and descriptions of all products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published,
including prices and promotions.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the order being placed and packed for delivery, the stock levels may change. If an item you ordered becomes out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
UK DELIVERY CHARGES
Postage and Packing is £4.99 on all orders for Mainland UK and Delivery is FREE on any orders above £50.
Delivery may take up to 5 working days for items that are in stock.
If you live outside mainland UK please contact us before placing your order for accurate delivery charges.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next working day. Bank Holidays and Public Holidays will be treated as weekend so are not classed as working days. Any orders placed on Fridays (after 3pm), Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
Goods are dispatched within 2-3 days of placing your order using either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or one of our appointed courier services.
Please be advised that a signature may be required for orders at the time of delivery. If for any reason your delivery will take longer to arrive , we will contact you by email.
Deliveries to the Highlands, Channel Islands, Guernsey, The Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland may be subject to delays due to custom checks. If you live in any of these areas and require your items urgently, please contact us via email before placing your order.
Any overseas customers are advised to please email or telephone us with product codes for accurate delivery charges information to your particular country.
If your required item is currently out of stock, we will notify you by email within
48 hours of placing your order.
Please ensure you provide accurate contact details in case we need to contact you for any reason. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to any inadequate or incorrect information provided by you.
If you order goods from Saana’s for delivery outside of the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes once the delivery reaches your address. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
To place an order, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your chosen products or item numbers, along with the quantity required and we will send you an invoice. Please note shipping charges will vary for different orders, as they will be based on the weight of each individual parcel.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
