Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing and ordering any goods from our website. If you access the website and/or place any order for goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website. You should print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions for your future reference.
We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
The prices for any products will be as quoted on our website. Prices for offers may vary and may be limited for certain periods only.
The use of this website and any purchase by you on this website of any products are governed by English Law and indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Saana’s reserve the right to amend and change the content to this website and the terms and conditions at any time and to add or withdraw items from our range without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saana’s disclaim any warranties of any kind with respect to the content of the website. If you access this website from locations outside of England and Wales, you are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to that territory. These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
Saana’s reserve the right to refuse services to any customer or to require verification of any customer prior to the acceptance of any order without any prior notification. In the event of any product price being incorrectly displayed on the website, the normal price will be applicable instead. Saana’s have the right to refuse or to supply any incorrectly priced product whether or not the order has been confirmed and the credit or debit card charged. If payment has been made, we will credit back the amount of the incorrect price.
All sizes and measurements given on Saana’s are approximate and provided for your guidance only. We have made every effort to describe and display products as accurately as possible. However, colours and images are depended on your own monitor and browser. We cannot guarantee that products appear exactly the same on your monitor. Descriptions of products are those that are commonly used in the trade, unless otherwise stated, please refer to the pictures of products on this website.
All the display materials on display in this website such as busts and stands are not included in the selling items. The colour and the design of the gift boxes may vary, subject to the availability and depending on shape and size of the jewellery.
The acceptance of contract is formed by the state of confirmation, by authorisation of transaction and payment confirmed by receipt. If your order is accepted, we shall inform you by email or telephone. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by Saana’s. Despatch time may vary. We do not take any responsibility for any delay in delivery due to postal delays.
This website is owned and operated by Saana’s. Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy this website for the sole purpose of placing an order with Saana’s. All site, design, text and graphics, Saana’s logo, images, materials, trademarks, the selection and arrangement thereof on this website are subject to copyright of their respective owners and all rights reserved. No copy, modification, reproduction, distribution, republication, and transmit in any other form or by any other means is allowed without prior Saana’s written permission.
No addition to or variation of these conditions will bind the company, unless it is specifically agreed in writing and signed by a director or secretary of the company. No agent or person employed by or under contract with the company has the authority to alter or vary in any way these conditions.
Orders will be sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or one of our appointed Courier Services.
Goods are dispatched within 2-3 days of placing your order. Please be advised that a signature may be required for orders at the time of delivery. If for any reason your delivery will take longer to arrive , we will contact you by email.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the order being placed and packed for delivery, the stock levels may change. If an item you ordered becomes out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Postage and Packing is £4.99 on all orders for Mainland UK and Delivery is FREE on any orders above £50.
Delivery may take up to 5 working days for items that are in stock.
If our courier cannot deliver your order, the parcel will be returned to us. You have up to three weeks (from the date we receive the returned parcel) to get in touch with us and arrange for the order to be re-delivered. If you do not contact us within the specified time, we will refund you for the goods. If you still wish to receive these goods, you will need to place a new order again and at the prices listed on the website at that time. Unfortunately, any discounts that were valid at the time of your purchase and that are no longer running cannot be re-applied to your order.
If you live outside mainland UK or you are an overseas customer, please contact us before placing your order for accurate delivery charges. Overseas customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
Deliveries to the Highlands, Channel Islands, Guernsey, The Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland may be subject to delays due to custom checks. If you live in any of these areas and require your items urgently, please contact us via email before placing your order.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of placing your order by emailing our customer services department. The 7 days begins on the day you place your order. In this instance the item MUST be returned UNOPENED, as you have cancelled your purchase. Any cancellations received after 7 days WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
You should examine the goods upon receipt of delivery.
If you believe there is a manufacturer’s fault with the product, then it must be returned in the original box and packaging, with all tags completely intact and with any extras if supplied ( for example, free gift).
You are required to notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving your delivery If you believe there is a manufacturer’s fault with your purchase. Any issues raised after 24 hours will be dismissed. A Returns Number will be issued that you must include with your items.
Any ’FREE’ gifts with the purchase must also be returned.
Saana’s accepts NO responsibility for any damage occurring from the incorrect wearing or use of a piece of their Jewellery. Many of our items are hand made and therefore fragile in their usage. From time to time stone – work may become displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work and is in most cases repairable. Please notify us by email if you experience this. If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply we may not refund you.
The item may be returned back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other associated charges. If you send the item back to us again or refuse to accept delivery this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.
The items remain your responsibility until they reach us. You have a legal obligation to take care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to ALL goods that are returned.
Please Note – We do NOT provide a free Returns Service.
You can return your goods through a Post Office using their Signed For delivery Service . You need to ensure that you obtain the proof of posting and adequate insurance to cover the value of returned goods.
Please ensure items are adequately packaged and labelled and your completed returns Number is enclosed. Once you have been issued with a returns authorisation number, you will be provided with the returns address.
Please allow a maximum of 28 days for the refund to be processed and the money to reach your account. Refunds can only be applied to the original card used to place the order.
Your card will be refunded with a 15% deduction of the purchase price to cover our restocking fees. Postage and Packing will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. However, we may consider refund of postage if the goods sent out to you were faulty in the first place.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE
Due to reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on any pierced earrings or pierced jewellery sets unless they are found to have a manufacturing fault. Personalised or Custom Made To Order Goods are also Non – Refundable and NOT eligible for exchange.
Clearance or SALE items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Any item that is sold for less than the original price is regarded as a SALE item and falls into this criteria – not specifically items strictly from the sale category. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

We accept payment by all major credit/debit cards via Paypal. All payments are to be made in pounds sterling and prices quoted are excluding delivery. Items will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment. Saana’s reserves the right to change their T & C’s (including policies) or prices, details, descriptions and specifications of the products at any time without notice to you.
All payments are securely processed through Paypal and at no time do we have access to your credit/debit card details. Your personal information is stored securely and will never be used for any other purpose other than what it was originally provided for. We will never sell or distribute your email address or personal information.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card has on file for you – this will ensure there are no delays in processing your order.
Saana’s recognise the importance of security shopping online for customers. We use the industrial standard encryption technology. Secure Socket layer (SSL), to process securely online credit card transactions. Your payment details are encrypted and cannot be read as it travels over the internet. Credit card numbers are not held in clear text within our website. We do not share or disclose your personal information with any other parties.
As you navigate through this site, certain anonymous information can be passively collected, (that is gathered without your actively providing the information), using various technologies such as cookies, internet tags or web beacons, and navigational data collection (log files, server log, click stream). Your internet browser automatically transmits to this site, some of this anonymous information such as the URL of the website you just came from and the internet protocol (IP) address and the browser version your computer is currently using.

For the avoidance of doubt, Saana’s holds NO liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of Saana’s, its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives.
We make every effort to ensure this website is free from any defects or viruses. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any website accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to provide adequate protection for your equipment which you use to access this website. We wil not be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage which may be caused to any equipment arising as a result of your use of this website.
